Can we install our own IT Infrastructure & use our own suppliers?
Yes you can. AMP Managed Suites was established with this kind of flexibility in mind and therefore we do not provide the offices with datacoms or telecoms support or services, these aspects are down to the individual tenant to decide upon. Nor do we wish to dictate to a company what they should in this respect, also we are mindful of the consistent advances in technology & telecoms which mean that there is a huge range of options for organisations.
SUPER FAST BROADBAND AVAILABLE ON-SITE WITH AMP MANAGED SUITES
We have however an excellent & established partner whom can provide reliable and robust Super Fast broadband to our tenants quickly in a timely manner which is vital when you are moving to a new location and with an excellent level of professional support. The main benefits of working with this organisation is as follows:-
- they know the building, its layouts and constraints, &
- they also can achieve swift deadlines in terms of installs etc as they have can order lines and connections within weeks rather than month +
Alternatively you are welcome to select/with your own chosen suppliers as long as you comply with the the necessary building compliance procedures for installation and access and security requirements of the building.
How quickly can I make an agreement/move into AMP Managed Suites?
The speed at which you can move your business into site will be dependent upon the timescales required within which to make arrangements for your move and to get your IT/Phone requirements set-up.
As far as the negotiation and contractual side of things are concerned within AMP Managed Suites this can be very swift.
Once we have agreed the required terms for the letting of an AMP Managed Suite with you we will create your tenancy agreement within a short time-frame as this is all completed in-house subject to the provision of the required documentation and verification procedures.
We also work with open book and very straightforward tenancy agreements which means that all parties are clear about what the obligations of both parties are. Every aspect of our service is managed on-site from initial inquiry through to billing and credit control so you will be working with the same team throughout your stay which makes things EASY and consistent communications.
How Competitive are your prices ?
Managed suites office rental prices are wholly competitive. Considering we are located in the most prime location of East Croydon and it is located in the hub of the main regeneration area of the town with superb access/transport links our rents are neither the most expensive nor the cheapest.
Rents are agreed on the basis of one year term initially and we charge rent 1 month in advance + VAT. We require a one month net deposit (exclusive of VAT). We also require a one off joining fee of £150 + VAT.
We also have a range of professional meeting/conference rooms on-site which we make available to both internal tenants and external clients and businesses. Prices for meeting rooms are also highly competitive and are charged by the hour, half day or full day. See our prices outlined /listed under rooms.
What type of tenancy agreements do you use and what is the notice period.
We use tenancy agreements on a licence basis which is open book and straightforward which is based upon a 2 month mutual notice period.
Is there 24 hour access available to site
Yes it is possible to gain access to site on a 24 hour basis. The main reception of the building is open from 8 am until 5.30 pm, and a security team then takes over for the night. The Managed Suites reception is open between 8.30 a.m until 5.30 p.m.
