    Site Cover Ambassador

    We are recruiting for a Site Cover Ambassador  and looking for someone who is not fazed by a new challenge.

    The role of Site Cover Ambassador is a crucially important role and an essential part of our ongoing structure – ensuring we have a strong support tier in place for our teams, our sites and the management team.  This role will geographically include our sites across Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, so a car owner/driver is essential.

    About the role
    You will be employed to work (and commit to) a certain number of days each week.  You will be available to be contacted to ‘cover’ a reception or marketing representative role at any one of a number of sites (within a reasonable geographic location to your home).  The ‘cover’ may be planned in advance eg holidays, or, could be an emergency situation  eg illness.  You will be entitled to receive a daily ‘retainer’ fee;  or when covering a site, you will receive a daily ‘cover’ fee plus expenses (full details to be discussed).

    Your qualities
    As you are currently working as an LAH team member, you will absolutely understand the importance in maintaining the quality of the service we deliver.  Your front of house knowledge of our processes and procedures will prove to be essential, as will the requirement to confidently take charge and ‘cover’ the site.   You will proudly represent LAH as their cover ambassador ensuring the tenants, agent, property management company or landlord have complete confidence in your ability – and of course LAH Property.

    Your reward
    This role can deliver enormous job satisfaction as well as offering great variety.  No two days may be the same.   It can also provide increased flexibility (you may be ‘retained’ on a particular day but not needed).  You have the potential to increase your income.  Any additional training will be provided.
