AMP Managed Suites have a number of larger offices which accommodate tenants who are either established businesses when they join AMP Managed Suites or they are subject to expansion on an organic basis whilst they are on-site .We also have a number of suites which are partitioned in the middle with inter connecting doors and so they lend themselves well to businesses who wish to separate parts of their business/team distinctly.

The office suites are provided newly refurbished and some can be provided as furnished subject to availability and additional cost. Alternatively we are happy for tenants to furnish their own spaces.    

All AMP Managed Suites benefit from natural light and windows and they all have access to modern facilities including communal kitchen & break out areas and general services are provided on the lift lobbies.

Tenants receive an excellent level of support from the experienced and dedicated concierge/reception team which includes having their post personally delivered to them on a daily basis, couriered items can also be received on their behalf and an professional and friendly meet and greet service is also provided to all visitors to AMP Managed Suites.   

Open book pricing and easy in easy out tenancy agreements are adopted and this makes both the joining procedure & the on-site membership of the facility both painless and straightforward. Super fast broadband is available on-site and it is reliable and robust. Alternatively tenants can source and install their own datacoms infrastructure.

Views from the building include the exciting and progressive Ruskin Square development and new exciting Boxpark venue space.

We are also located within a few minutes walk from East Croydon station/tram/bus links.

  • 24 hour access is available to site. The main reception on the ground floor is open from 8 - 5 pm and thereafter this reverts to a security team . The Managed Suites reception/concierge is manned from 8.30 am until 5.30 pm. A security team take over between 7 pm to 7 am.
