AMP Managed Suites provides high quality, office space for both start-up and established small, medium sized businesses. AMP Managed Suites are provided newly refurbished, but not typically furnished albeit this can be arranged for you.Alternatively you are welcome to furnish your own space.  

Neither do we dictate your technical requirements either, you are welcome to use the services of our IT partner who can provide you with robust business broadband, telephone lines and they can also provide a range of hosted IT solutions likewise, alternatively you can arrange this yourself with the supplier of your choice.  

All AMP Managed office suites benefit from an abundance of natural light and windows and they all have access to modern facilities including communal kitchen facilities, break out areas and toilets including disabled services are provided on every lift lobby.  

Showers are also provided as are secure bike racks for those who wish to use them. Tenants receive an excellent level of support from the experienced and dedicated concierge/reception team which includes having their post personally delivered to them on a daily basis, couriered items can also be received on their behalf and an professional and friendly meet and greet service is provided at all times to all visitors to AMP Managed Suites.   

Open book pricing and easy in easy out tenancy agreements are adopted and this makes both the joining procedure & on-site membership of the facility both painless and straightforward.  

Views from the building include the exciting and progressive Ruskin Square development and the new exciting 'Boxpark' pop up eating/drinking/venue space.

  • In all of our Managed Suites we have an abundance of natural light and windows in all suites (we don't let any broom cupboards. Newly refurbished/redecorated clean offices are provided to all tenants. Furnishings are not provided as standard but can be arranged @ an additional cost. You are also welcome to spec your own office.

  • 24 hour access is available to site. The main reception on the ground floor is open from 8 - 5 pm and thereafter this reverts to a security team . The Managed Suites reception/concierge is manned from 8.30 am until 5.30 pm. A security team take over between 7 pm to 7 am.
